On July 10, 2026, Chengdu was alive with the energy of midsummer. The 11th Southwest Building Electrical Annual Conference (2026) was grandly held at Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wuhou. The conference was jointly organized by China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp., Ltd., the Building Electrical Professional Committee of the Sichuan Civil Engineering and Architecture Society, the Industrial and Building Power Supply Professional Committee of the Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering, and Building Electricity Magazine.
With the theme "Electrifying Renewal · Smart Connectivity for the Future"—Focusing on Urban Renewal and Optimization of Existing Assets to Build a New Industrial Ecosystem for Building Electrical Engineering, the conference actively responded to national policy initiatives by focusing on urban renewal and the upgrading of existing and new buildings. It provided an in-depth platform for discussing how electrical design can be deeply integrated with intelligent construction and green building concepts, promoting collaborative innovation in design, technology application, and the industrial chain, while offering forward-looking insights and practical solutions for the industry's sustainable development.
